RELAX AND REFRESH

• Promotion valid now until 31 March 2023.
• Rooms are subject to availability
• Additional RM75.00nett per person for roundtrip land transfer (bus / van) from The Magellan Sutera to Jetty Sutera Mantanani. Pick up and drop off point at The Magellan Sutera Resort Lobby.  Pick up time at 6.30am
• All prices are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.
• Offer is on prepayment basis, non-refundable & non-transferable.
• The Resort reserves the right to change the aforesaid promotion, benefits, and/or terms.
• In the event of bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances occurring which result in cancellation of last boat transfer into the island due to safety or commercial reasons, food & lodging cost for the overnight stay in Mantanani island will be arranged and absorbed by the resort. No claims including claims for refund, resulting from such cancellation shall be entertained.
• Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. The tax will be collected upon check out by the Resort on behalf of the government,  and is not included in the total room cost. All Malaysians and Permanent Residents are exempted.

SUTERA TWIN ESCAPADE

• Valid for stays now till 31st March 2023.
• Compulsory return speedboat transfer fee of RM75.00nett per person (above 3 years old) from/to Jetty Sutera Mantanani (pick-up 9.00am)
• (Optional) Return land transfer from/to The Magellan Sutera Resort at RM75.00nett per person (above 3 years old) (pick-up 6.30am)
• (Optional) Additional fees for 3rd adult and/or children are available upon request.
• All prices above are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.
• Adults must be fully vaccinated with booster dose and listed as “Low Risk” in MYSejahtera App.
• In the event of bad weather or due to force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances occurring which result in cancellation of speedboat transfer into the island due to safety or commercial reasons, accommodation and meals cost for the overnight stay in Mantanani island will be arranged and absorbed by the resort and no refund will be entitled.

TOURISM TAX

A Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Guests arriving on or before 31 December 2022 are exempted from Tourism Tax as announced by the Federal Government.
