TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates are nett in Malaysian Ringgit, inclusive of 8% government tax (SST).
• This offer is valid for stays at the qualifying rate from 25 August 2024 to 31 October 2024.
• A stay of at least two (2) consecutive nights is required for this offer.
• Unused portions of the package inclusions are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or voucher.
• The offer is not applicable in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
• Rates are subject to availability and cannot be applied to group bookings.
• Credit card prepayment for the full duration of the stay is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded for cancellations, shortened stays or amendments. The rate will also not be adjusted towards any incidentals.
• In the event of bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances occurring which result in cancellation of last boat transfer into the island due to safety or commercial reasons, food & lodging cost for the overnight stay in Mantanani island will be arranged and absorbed by the resort. No claims including claims for refund, resulting from such cancellation shall be entertained.
• A Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted.
• The Guest including Minors (below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated with the boat travel to and from the Resort, and/or for participating in the activities at the Resort and/or patronizing the Resort, and shall release the Resort and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused.
• The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.”
