条款和条件

• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability at point of reservations
• Bookings must be guaranteed at point of reservation by credit card/pre-paid or via bank transfer.
• Rates are nett in Malaysian Ringgit, inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). This adjustment aligns with regulatory changes
• Activities required advance booking and subject to availability.

• The Resort reserve the right to change the aforesaid promotions, benefits, and/or terms In the event of bad weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances occurring which results in cancellation of last boat transfer into the island due to safety or commercial reasons, food and lodging costs for the overnight stay in Mantanani will be arranged and absorbed by the Resort. No claims including claims for refund resulting from such cancellation shall be entertained.

• 从2023年1月1日起，外国护照持有者每房每晚需缴纳马币10令吉（RM10.00）的旅游税。酒店将在退房时代表政府收取此费用，并不包含在房费总额中。所有马来西亚国籍和永久居民免缴此税。
